At Intermediate level we cover techniques such as handsprings from the pole, jumping into handsprings, the Russian layback, cup grip flip, the jade and more. The Intermediate training is suitable for participants who have completed the Beginners training or have at least one year of teaching experience. A basic understanding of intermediate pole techniques is required, but you don’t need to master them all.
